Paul Stastny tied the game in the final seconds of regulation, then scored the winner in overtime as the Colorado Avalanche took a 5-4 win over the Minnesota Wild in Game 1 of this Western Conference Quarterfinal series.

Stastny scored with 13.4 seconds showing on the clock in regulation, then gave the Avalanche a 1-0 lead in the best-of-seven series with his marker at 7:27 in overtime.
