Denver Nuggets defeat New Orleans 137-107

Kenneth Faried scored a game-high 34 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to lead the Denver Nuggets in a 137-107 rout of the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday.

Kenneth Faried scored a game-high 34 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to lead the Denver Nuggets in a 137-107 rout of the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday.

Aaron Brooks added 24 points off the bench and Ty Lawson finished with 14 points and 12 assists for the Nuggets, who snapped a four-game losing skid.

Tyreke Evans had 27 points and eight rebounds and Anthony Morrow finished with 17 points off the bench for the Pelicans, losers in three straight.

New Orleans All-Star forward Anthony Davis left in the first half with back spasms. He scored six points and pulled down three boards in 10 1/2 minutes before exiting.
