Anze Kopitar scored two goals to help the Los Angeles Kings beat the Winnipeg Jets, 4-2, and extend their winning streak to six games.

Jonathan Quick made 24 saves, including one late with his pad while prone on his stomach and Winnipeg buzzing in the Los Angeles zone.

Ondrej Pavelec got the start in net for the Jets, but played only one period in his return from a lower-body injury. Pavelec, who had missed six games, was pulled after allowing three goals on 16 shots. Al Montoya stopped 12 shots in relief.
