Steelers sign LB Moats

Pittsburgh, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - The Pittsburgh Steelers signed former Buffalo Bills linebacker Arthur Moats to a one-year contract Monday.

Moats appeared in all 16 games with 12 starts for the Bills last season and posted a career-best 54 tackles.

Over four seasons, all with the Bills, the 26-year-old Moats has racked up 141 tackles, five sacks, two forced fumbles and one pass defensed in 59 games, including 20 starts.
