Tony Parker scored 20 points and Danny Green added 18 to lead the San Antonio Spurs to a 99-90 win over the Golden State Warriors.

Tiago Splitter added 17 points and 14 rebounds, Kawhi Leonard scored 16 and Marco Belinelli finished with 15 points for the Spurs, who have won a season- high 13 straight games.

San Antonio forward Tim Duncan (rest) and guard Manu Ginobili (rest) were both inactive for the victory.

Stephen Curry scored 20 points and Klay Thompson added 16 for the Warriors, who had a three-game winning streak snapped.
