Cavs sign Seth Curry to 10-day contract

Cleveland, OH (SportsNetwork.com) - The Cleveland Cavaliers signed guard Seth Curry to a 10-day contract on Friday.

Curry has played in 36 games (35 starts) for the Santa Cruz Warriors of the NBA Development League this season, averaging 19.4 points, 3.1 rebounds, 5.9 assists and 1.4 steals in 35.2 minutes per game.

The 23-year-old Curry appeared in one game with the Memphis Grizzlies this season.

His older brother, Stephen Curry, is the starting point guard for Golden State.

The Cavs also released forward Shane Edwards from his 10-day contract that was set to expire Friday.
