The Patriots and Julian Edelman have agreed to terms on a new contract after the wide receiver tested the free-agent market.

Edelman took to social media to announce the deal. "Foxboro is home. Excited to be back," Edelman tweeted on Saturday.
The 27-year-old Kent State product had a breakthrough season in 2013, catching 105 passes for 1,056 yards and six touchdowns.
