Sean Kilpatrick scored 21 points with nine rebounds as No. 13 Cincinnati held off upset-minded Central Florida in the quarterfinals of the American Athletic Conference Tournament.

Justin Jackson netted 12 of his 14 points in the first half to go along with eight rebounds and four blocks for the Bearcats (27-5), who will play the winner of Memphis and UConn in the semifinals.

Isaiah Sykes paced the Knights (13-18) with 21 points and nine rebounds, while Kasey Wilson and Calvin Newell scored 11 and 10 points, respectively, in defeat.
