Milwaukee shuts out San Diego

Scooter Gennett went 2-for-4 with two RBI to lead the Milwaukee Brewers to an 8-0 win over the San Diego Padres in Cactus League action.

Jeff Bianchi went 1-for-3 and picked up two RBI and Martin Maldonado and Sean Halton knocked in the other two runs for the Brewers. Marco Estrada gave up five hits over 5 2/3 scoreless innings.

Yonder Alonso was 2-for-3 with two doubles for San Diego. Josh Johnson gave up one run on two hits in four innings of work.
