Kissimmee, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - Braeden Schlehuber's two-out RBI single in the bottom of the ninth inning gave the Atlanta Braves a 3-2 victory over the Washington Nationals in spring training action from Champion Stadium.

The Nationals had tied the contest with a pair of runs off Lay Batista in the top of the ninth. Chris Snyder began the rally with a solo homer and Koyie Hill followed with a single before Michael Taylor later brought home pinch- runner Stephen Perez with a base hit.

Both starting pitchers, Washington's Jordan Zimmermann and Atlanta's Julio Teheran, struck out four batters over three scoreless innings. Zimmermann yielded just two hits and a walk, while Teheran scattered four hits while also walking one.
