NHL: Colorado 4, Phoenix 2

DENVER, March 1 (UPI) -- Gabriel Landeskog provided a goal and two assists and Semyon Varlamov made 40 saves Friday, staking Colorado to a 4-2 decision over Phoenix.

Paul Stastny helped out with a goal and an assist for Avs, who bounced back from a 6-4 loss to Los Angeles Wednesday.

Nathan MacKinnon assisted on two of Colorado's scores.

Shane Doan supplied both goals for the Coyotes, who dropped a third straight.

Thomas Greiss stopped 29-of-33 shots.
