NBA: Washington 134, Toronto 129 (3OT)

TORONTO, Feb. 27 (UPI) -- Marcin Gortat and John Wall each pumped in 31 points Thursday and the Washington Wizards outlasted Toronto 134-129 in triple overtime.

Gortat hauled down 12 rebounds and Wall distributed nine assists for the Wizards, who notched a fifth straight win and pulled within two games of Atlantic Division-leading Toronto.

Trevor Ariza provided a double-double of 16 points and 10 rebounds.

DeMar DeRozan piled up 34 points for the Raptors.

Kyle Lowry added 18 points, 10 assists and nine rebounds in the marathon.
