Olympic Medal: Women's Curling

SOCHI, Russia, Feb. 20 (UPI) -- Canada won the gold medal Thursday in women's Olympic curling, defeating Sweden 6-3 in the title game.

Britain won the bronze medal with a 6-5 decision over Switzerland.

Sweden had won the women's curling tournament at each of the last two Olympics.
