NBA: Washington 114, Atlanta 97

ATLANTA, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- John Wall's double-double of 21 points and 12 assists Wednesday helped Washington end a long losing streak in Atlanta with a 114-97 win over the Hawks.

Bradley Beal and Trevor Ariza each contributed 19 points for the Wizards, who posted their first triumph at Phillips Arena in 12 visits.

Marcin Gortat contributed 14 points and 12 rebounds.

Paul Millsap provided 21 points with 11 rebounds and Elton Brand added 20 and 11 for the reeling Hawks, who dropped a seventh straight.
