DENVER, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- Gerald Green scored 36 points, including eight in overtime, to lead the Phoenix Suns past Denver 112-107 Tuesday.

Green netted four free throws in the final 15.5 seconds of OT to help the Suns get the second half of the season off on the right foot.

Phoenix had lost three of four games heading into the All-Star break and shot a tepid 37.6 percent from the field Tuesday. However, they scored 31 points from the free-throw line and hit 11 3-point shots.

Goran Dragic added 21 points and 14 assists to the Phoenix attack. Markieff Morris also finished with a double-double of 13 points and a dozen rebounds. Morris' put-back bucket with 5.7 seconds left in the fourth quarter tied the score 99-99 and sent the contest into OT.

Evan Fournier led Denver with 25 points and Kenneth Faried added 21 points and 10 boards. The Nuggets lost their fifth consecutive game.
