NBA: Toronto 103, Washington 93

WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 (UPI) -- Kyle Lowry's double-double of 24 points and 10 assists Tuesday lifted the Toronto Raptors to a third straight win, 103-93 over Washington.

Greivis Vasquez, DeMar DeRozan and Amir Johnson each added 14 points for Toronto.

Patrick Patterson and Jonas Valanciunas also reached double figures with 10 points each.

The Wizards got 22 points, seven assists and three steals from John Wall in dropping a third straight.

Nene added 18 points and Marcin Gortat supplied 17 with 11 rebounds for Washington.
