LOS ANGELES, Feb. 13 (UPI) -- Blake Griffin notched a double-double with 36 points and 10 rebounds Wednesday to lead the Los Angeles Clippers past visiting Portland 122-117.

Griffin was a workhorse Wednesday, going 13-for-21 and playing 39 minutes, 15 seconds in the Clippers' third consecutive win.

Jamal Crawford added 25 points for Los Angeles. Chris Paul also completed a double-double with 20 points and a dozen assists.

LaMarcus Aldridge led Portland with 25 points. Damian Lillard scored 21. The Trail Blazers lost for the sixth time in their last nine games.

Aldridge cut the Clippers' lead to 118-117 with a layup with 2:01 left in the game, but DeAndre Jordan's dunk with 1:25 left and two subsequent free throws by Crawford fended off the rally.
