NBA: Los Angeles Clippers 118, Toronto 105

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 8 (UPI) -- Blake Griffin surpassed the 35-point mark for a third straight game Friday, helping the Los Angeles Clippers handle Toronto 118-105.

Griffin finished with 36 points on 13-of-18 shooting, following a 43-point performance Wednesday against Miami and another 36-point effort Monday against Denver.

He became the first Clipper to total at least 35 points in three consecutive games since World B. Free accomplished the feat in 1979, when the team was located in San Diego.

Jamal Crawford added 21 points and DeAndre Jordan contributed 18 with 13 rebounds as Los Angeles notched its first win in three games.

DeMar DeRozan bettered Griffin with 36 points and distributed eight assists for the Raptors.

Kyle Lowry supplied 19 points and six rebounds.
