DENVER, Feb. 6 (UPI) -- Wilson Chandler led a strong third period that put Denver in control Wednesday on the way to a 110-100 victory over Milwaukee.

The Nuggets won their second straight to move a game over the .500 mark.

Denver outscored Milwaukee 33-20 in the third quarter after trailing by one at halftime. Chandler scored 24 points, Randy Foye had 20 and JJ Hickson chipped in 19 points and 10 rebounds.

Milwaukee was coming off a win over New York that ended a six-game losing streak. The Bucks missed out on their first try at reaching 10 wins for the season.

The loss came despite a pair of 25-point performances from Larry Sanders and Khris Middleton.
