HARTFORD, Conn., Feb. 3 (UPI) -- A Connecticut man, who accused former Patriots player Aaron Hernandez of shooting him, was shot in the leg at a nightclub, police said.

Hartford, Conn., police said shots were fired at Vevo Lounge around 11:15 p.m. EST Sunday.

Alexander Bradley was shot several times in the leg in the Sunday incident and was taken to an area hospital for treatment, WFSB-TV, Hartford, reported.

Bradley previously sued Hernandez for $100,000, accusing the former football player of shooting him in the face outside a Miami night club, WGGB-TV, Springfield, Mass., said.
