NHL: Phoenix 3, Los Angeles 0

GLENDALE, Ariz., Jan. 29 (UPI) -- Oliver Ekman-Larsson scored twice and Antoine Vermette had a goal and an assist in the Phoenix Coyotes' 3-0 blanking of the Los Angeles Kings.

Thomas Greiss tallied 30 saves for his second shutout of the season.

Jonathan Quick blocked 26-of-29 shots for the skidding Kings, who have lost six of their last seven games.

Ekman-Larsson scored goals in the first and second periods and Vermette added an insurance score in the third period.

Greiss, playing for the first time since Jan. 11, survived two power plays and a 13-shot first period for the Kings.
