Toronto won for the fourth time in five games and, at three games over .500, has reached a high-water mark for the season. The Raptors built their lead over idle Brooklyn to three games in the Atlantic Division.
Lowry scored 30 of his 33 points in the first three quarters. He had 17 points in the first period, during which Toronto built a 33-20 lead. Amir Johnson added 22 points and 11 rebounds while Jonas Valanciunas put up 14 points and 15 boards.
Toronto hit 14 shots from 3-point range and outrebounded the Magic 54-30. The Raptors won despite the absence of leading scorer DeMar DeRozan, who missed his second game in a row with an ankle injury.
Orlando played the last contest of a three-game road trip and the Magic lost all three. They have dropped 10 in a row on the road and are a league-worst 3-21 away from home.
Nikola Vucevic led the Magic with 16 points. He had missed Orlando's previous 12 games with a concussion.
