Korda, who came into the final round two shots off the lead, birdied three of the final holes to cap a round of 7-under 66, and finished at 19-under 273 at the Pure Silk Bahamas LPGA Classic for her second career win.
The 20-year-old was tied with Stacy Lewis for the lead entering the final hole at Atlantis Resort's Ocean Club Golf Course when she put her second shot through the back of the green, where it stopped amid cables near the grandstand.
With her caddie and a tournament official holding up the cables, Korda putted under them to within 5 feet of the hole and closed with a birdie putt.
Her only other win came at the 2012 Women's Australian Open.
Lewis shot a 66 and finished second at 18-under 274.
Sixteen-year-old Lydia Ko carded a 68 to share seventh at 15-under in her first LPGA Tour event as a member.
