NBA: Cleveland 93, Milwaukee 78

CLEVELAND, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- Anderson Varejao hit 8-of-11 shots from the field Friday and his 16 points led the way in Cleveland's 93-78 victory over Milwaukee.

The Cavaliers prevented the NBA's worst team from posting back-to-back victories for what would have been the first time this year. Milwaukee ended a nine-game losing streak with a win over Detroit on Wednesday.
