NBA: Indiana 102, Golden State 94

OAKLAND, Calif., Jan. 21 (UPI) -- Paul George led a parade of five starters scoring in double figures with 23 points Monday and Indiana used a big first period to down Golden State 102-94.

George scored 14 of his total in the opening period as the Pacers outscored the Warriors 35-21 to take control of the contest.

David West added 17 points and George Hill put in 15 for Eastern Conference-leading Indiana, which improved to an NBA-best 33-7 in notching a fifth straight win.

The Pacers also got double-doubles from Roy Hibbert (14 points, 13 rebounds) and Lance Stephenson(14 points, 10 rebounds and seven assists).

Stephen Curry logged 24 points and nine assists for Golden State, which dropped a fourth in six games.

David Lee tallied 20 points with 12 rebounds, Klay Thompson added 17 points, and Andrew Bogut had a double-double of 10 points and 13 rebounds.
