NBA: Portland 127, Dallas 111

DALLAS, Jan. 19 (UPI) -- LaMarcus Aldridge powered Portland to a fifth straight win with 30 points and 12 rebounds Saturday, sending the Trail Blazers over Dallas 127-111.

Nicolas Batum put in 21 points and grabbed seven rebounds for Portland, which broke the game open with a 17-6 run ending the first half.

Robin Lopez (16 points and 12 rebounds) and Damian Lillard (14 points, 10 assists) each notched a double-double for Portland.

The Mavericks got 18 points from Dirk Nowitzki and Monta Ellis added 15.
