NBA: Golden State 115, Phoenix 86

OAKLAND, Calif., Dec. 28 (UPI) -- An extraordinary triple-double by Stephan Curry Friday lifted Golden State to its fourth straight win -- a 115-86 victory over Phoenix.

Curry made only 5-of-17 shots from the field and scored 14 points, but he also contributed 13 rebounds and 16 assists. His rebound and assist totals were both career highs.

The Warriors dominated from start to finish, expanding on a 19-point halftime lead. Despite Curry's lackluster shooting performance, Golden State made 52 percent of its attempts from the field and won the battle of the boards by 15.

Klay Thompson led Golden State in scoring with 21 points, making 9-of-11 from the field, and David Lee added 17.

With the game out of hand early, none of the Phoenix starters played more than 31 minutes. P.J. Tucker's 11 points were the most any of the Suns could produce.
