NBA: Atlanta 118, Charlotte 116 (OT)

ATLANTA, Dec. 28 (UPI) -- Paul Millsap pumped in 33 points and ignited a second-half comeback that carried the Atlanta Hawks over Charlotte 118-116 in overtime Saturday.

The Hawks trailed by as many as 14 points in the second half but used Millsap's accurate shooting to emerge with a win in their straight overtime contest.

Millsap also supplied 13 rebounds as Atlanta defeated its division rival for a 10th consecutive time.

Lou Williams scored 28 points off the bench and Jeff Teague contributed 20 with nine assists.

Al Jefferson erupted for 24 points and 23 rebounds for the Bobcats.

Gerald Henderson added 22 points and Kemba Walker had 16.
