SACRAMENTO, Dec. 24 (UPI) -- Tyreke Evans erupted for 25 points and 12 assists Monday and New Orleans ended a rough five-game road trip with a 113-100 victory over Sacramento.

Anthony Davis supplied 21 points and 11 rebounds for the Pelicans, who finished the long road swing with a 1-4 mark.

Jrue Holiday and Eric Gordon each added 17 points.

Sacramento got 24 points and 14 rebounds from DeMarcus Cousins, but it wasn't enough to prevent a fourth loss in five games.
