EDMONTON, Alberta, Dec. 22 (UPI) -- Chris Stewart logged a hat trick and added an assist Saturday, highlighting the St. Louis Blues' 6-0 blitz of Edmonton.

Stewart's third career hat trick backed a 23-save shutout by Brian Elliott as the Blues corralled their fifth win in seven games.

Patrik Berglund and Jaden Schwartz each provided a goal and an assist.

Brenden Morrow scored and Derek Roy helped out with two assists for St. Louis.

Ilya Bryzgalov managed 27 saves for the Oilers, who dropped a sixth straight.
