Dec. 22, 2013 at 8:56 PM

CINCINNATI, Dec. 22 (UPI) -- Andy Dalton passed for four touchdowns and 366 yards Sunday and the AFC North champion Cincinnati Bengals rolled over Minnesota 42-14.

Dalton completed 27-of-38 passes with a pair of TD tosses to A.J. Green as the Bengals (10-5) first secured a post-season slot and later claimed the division crown when Baltimore lost to New England.

Mohamed Sanu and Jermaine Gresham caught one scoring strike each for Cincinnati.

The Vikings (4-10-1) fell despite the return of leading NFL rusher Adrian Peterson, who was held to 45 yards on 11 carries after missing last week's game due to a sore ankle.

Matt Cassel was intercepted three times, managing just 114 passing yards and a touchdown on 13-of-27 efficiency.
