NBA: Golden State 104, New Orleans 93

OAKLAND, Calif., Dec. 18 (UPI) -- Stephen Curry scored 28 points and David Lee added 21 Tuesday in the Golden State Warriors' 104-93 triumph over the visiting New Orleans Pelicans.

Curry had a dozen rebounds and Lee also notched a double-double with 17 boards for the Warriors, who out-rebounded the Pelicans 58-44.

Ryan Anderson led New Orleans with 21 points. Jason Smith chipped in 12 points.

Golden State led 57-39 at halftime and scored 31 points in the third quarter. They were outscored in the fourth quarter 28-16 but New Orleans scored just two points in the first two minutes to hamper their comeback attempt.
