NHL: Chicago 3, Nashville 1

NASHVILLE, Dec. 17 (UPI) -- The Chicago power play continued to hum Tuesday in the Blackhawks' 3-1 road win over the Nashville Predators.

Two of Chicago's three goals came on a man-advantage and carried the Blackhawks to their fifth win in their last six outings.

The Blackhawks went 2-for-5 on the power play Tuesday and have scored on power plays in 10 consecutive games.

Patrick Kane scored a power-play goal at 16:14 of the first period to give Chicago a 2-1 advantage and Nick Leddy added an insurance goal on the power play in the second period. Duncan Keith scored the first goal of night and also assisted on Kane's goal.

Antti Raanta stopped 27-of-28 shots in the win.

Carter Hutton allowed three goals on 27 shots for Nashville. Shea Webber scored the only goal for the Preds, knocking in a power-play score in the first period that tied the score 1-1. Nashville went 1-for-7 on the power play and saw their three-game winning streak come to an end.
