NFL: Seattle 23, New York Giants 0

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J., Dec. 15 (UPI) -- Richard Sherman and Byron Maxwell had four of Seattle's five interceptions Sunday and the Seahawks used a tough defense to stifle the New York Giants 23-0.

Sherman and Maxwell each recorded two pick-offs of New York's Eli Manning, sparking a defensive effort that limited the Giants to just 181 yards.

Marshawn Lynch piled up 120 total yards with a touchdown as the Seahawks (12-2) moved closer to wrapping up home field advantage throughout the NFC playoffs.

Russell Wilson made good on 18-of-27 pass attempts for 206 yards with an interception and a touchdown.

Manning completed 18-of-31 passes en route to just 156 yards for New York (5-9), which was shut out at home in the regular season for the first time in 18 years.
