NFL: San Francisco 33, Tampa Bay 14

TAMPA, Fla., Dec. 15 (UPI) -- Colin Kaepernick threw for two touchdowns Sunday and the San Francisco 49ers closed in a post-season berth with a 33-14 win over Tampa Bay.

Kaepernick compiled 203 passing yards on 19-of-29 efficiency and also ran for 39 yards on seven carries for the 49ers (10-4), who would claim a playoff berth should Arizona lose to Tennessee later Sunday.

Michael Crabtree and Vernon Davis made five catches with a touchdown, combining for 124 yards as San Francisco racked up a fourth straight victory.

Frank Gore led the 49ers' ground game with 86 yards on 22 carries.

Tampa Bay (4-10) got two TD passes from Mike Glennon, who completed 18-of-34 passes for 179 yards with an interception.
