NBA: Los Angeles Clippers 94, Philadelphia 83

PHILADELPHIA, Dec. 9 (UPI) -- Chris Paul's double-double of 25 points and 13 assists Monday propelled the Los Angeles Clippers over Philadelphia 94-83.

DeAndre Jordan hauled down 21 rebounds to go with 11 points as the Clippers improved to 2-2 on a seven-game road trip.

Blake Griffin helped out with 26 points for Los Angeles.

The 76ers fell for the seventh time in eight games despite 25 points, eight rebounds and five assists from Evan Turner.

Thaddeus Young added 16 points and 11 rebounds.

Philadelphia announced before the game that injured rookie point guard Michael Carter-Williams has been released from the hospital following an infection in his right knee. He is considered day-to-day.
