HOUSTON, Dec. 8 (UPI) -- James Harden, Dwight Howard and Terrance Jones each had a double-double Sunday, sending the Houston Rockets over Orlando 98-88.
Harden came up two rebounds short of a triple-double, pumping in 27 points to go with 10 assists and eight rebounds. Howard had 20 points and 22 rebounds for the 16th 20-point, 20-rebound double-double of his career against his former team on his 28th birthday. Jones had 16 points and 13 rebounds.
Chandler Parsons added 18 points as the Rockets improved to 10-3 in their last 13 games.
Glen Davis netted 18 points and collected six rebounds for the Magic, who fell to 1-9 on the road this season.
Aaron Afflalo (16 points, nine rebounds), Jameer Nelson (15 points), E'Twaun Moore (12, five rebounds) and Andrew Nicholson (11 points) also reached double figures for Orlando.
