NBA: Miami 103, Minnesota 82

MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- LeBron James notched 21 points, 14 rebounds and eight assists Saturday and the Miami Heat cruised past short-handed Minnesota 103-82.

Dwyane Wade accounted for 19 points after colliding with Kevin Martin in the first quarter. He stayed in the game after hurting his knee on the play.

The Heat's Chris Bosh also missed much of the period after getting poked in the eye but later returned.

Ray Allen helped out with 11 points and Rashard Lewis added 10 as Miami snapped a two-game losing streak.

The Timberwolves lost in the absence of all-star Kevin Love, who missed the game following the death of his grandmother.

Martin led Minnesota's offense with 19 points and Nikola Pekovic contributed 18 with 12 rebounds.
