NBA: Cleveland 88, Los Angeles Clippers 82

CLEVELAND, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- Tristan Thompson's double-double of 20 points and 13 rebounds Saturday helped boost Cleveland to an 88-82 win over the Los Angeles Clippers.

It was the 10th double-double of the season for Thompson, whose performance paced the Cavaliers to a third victory in four games.

Kyrie Irving matched Thompson's 20 points and also distributed six assists.

Andrew Bynum helped out with 18 points with six rebounds for Cleveland.

Jamal Crawford put in 19 points and Chris Paul provided 13 with 15 assists for the Clippers, who shot just 32.2 percent from the field.
