NBA: Detroit 107, Miami 97

MIAMI, Dec. 3 (UPI) -- Kyle Singler put in 18 points Tuesday and the Detroit Pistons used 11 steals to break Miami's 10-game winning streak with a 107-97 victory.

Rodney Stuckey and Greg Monroe each scored 16 points and Brandon Jennings contributed 15 with four steals as the Pistons used a ball-hawking defense to force 19 Miami turnovers.

Josh Smith also put in 15 points and Andre Drummond supplied 10 with 18 rebounds.

LeBron James and Michael Beasley each struck for 23 points for the Heat, who lost for the first time since Nov. 9.

All-star guard Dwyane Wade was didn't play due to knee soreness.
