Team spokeswoman Staci Slaughter identified the injured Giants prospects as Bryce Bandilla, Adalberto Mejia, Dan Slania, Jeff Soptic and Kelby Tomlinson, the San Francisco Chronicle reported.
She said they were taken to Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn Medical Center, where they were treated for minor injuries and released. The players, who are in Arizona for a training camp, were "resting comfortably" at the team hotel, Slaughter said.
The injured were among 11 teammates traveling in a van that collided with a car in Scottsdale, KTXL-TV, Sacramento, reported. Scottsdale police said the van was struck by a car as it pulled out of a driveway onto a road, the TV station said.
The car driver was not hurt, police said.
KNXV-TV, Phoenix, reported the van's driver would be cited for failing to yield.
"Everyone is okay from this morning! Thanks for all the prayers and thoughts," the San Jose Mercury News reported pitching prospect Bryce Bandilla tweeted.
