LOS ANGELES, Dec. 2 (UPI) -- Portland's LaMarcus Aldridge scored 27 points Sunday and the Trail Blazers got back on the winning track by holding off the Los Angeles Lakers 114-108.

Aldridge also grabbed nine rebounds for Portland, which posted a victory after its 11-game winning streak was snapped in Wednesday's 120-106 defeat at Phoenix.

Damian Lillard added 26 points and made a key blocked shot with 11 seconds left after the Lakers had staged big fourth-quarter comeback, fighting to within two points at 110-108 after trailing by 20.

Wesley Matthews put in 17 points and Robin Lopez provided 12 with 12 rebounds for the Blazers.

Xavier Henry came off the bench to pop in 27 points and Jodie Meeks added 20 for the Lakers.
