Nov. 29, 2013 at 9:36 PM   |   Comments

ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 29 (UPI) -- Marco Belinelli helped key a dominating second quarter Friday that propelled San Antonio to a 109-91 victory over Orlando.

The Spurs bounced back from their second loss of the season to make 55 percent of their field goal attempts and all of their 17 tries from the foul line.

Belinelli hit 6-of-8 shots from the field while scoring 19 points. Tim Duncan also had 19 for the Spurs, who have won seven of their nine road games this season.

San Antonio outscored the Magic by 13 points in the second quarter to build an 18-point cushion at the break. Orlando cut its deficit to seven heading into the final period, but the Spurs scored the first dozen points of that quarter to put the game away.

Orlando was led by 17 points from Arron Afflalo.
