PHILADELPHIA, Nov. 26 (UPI) -- Philadelphia Eagles Coach Chip Kelly said Tuesday Nick Foles, who has guided the team to three straight wins, will start at quarterback Sunday against Arizona.

Philadelphia is coming off a bye week and is tied with Dallas for first in the NFC East at 6-5.

Michael Vick started the season as the Eagles' No. 1 quarterback but has missed several games with a hamstring injury. He is expected to be healthy for Sunday's game, however.

Foles has completed 63.6 percent of his passes for 1,554 yards and 16 touchdowns. He has yet to be intercepted this season.

Vick was good on 54.6 percent of his throws with 1,215 yards with five touchdowns and three interceptions.
