NBA: Los Angeles Clippers 121, Chicago 82

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 24 (UPI) -- Chris Paul and Blake Griffin each had a double-double Sunday and the Los Angeles Clippers trounced Chicago 121-82.

Paul notched 16 points and 17 assists. Griffin contributed 15 points and 12 rebounds.

Jared Dudley scored 21 points and J.J. Redick added 19 for Los Angeles, which picked up its third win in four games.

The Bulls, meanwhile, fell hard in their first game without Derrick Rose, who is out indefinitely after tearing a right knee ligament and is awaiting surgery.

Luol Deng netted 22 points as Chicago dropped a third consecutive game.
