NBA: San Antonio 126, Cleveland 96

SAN ANTONIO, Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Danny Green scored 17 points to help San Antonio get off to fast start Saturday and the Spurs went on to rout Cleveland 126-96 for a 10th straight win.

Patty Mills came off the bench to score 15 points and Tony Parker added 12 with seven assists for the Spurs, who outscored Cleveland 35-11 in the second quarter to put the contest away.

Marco Belinelli and Tiago Splitter provided 10 points each as San Antonio remained unbeaten at home.

Andrew Bynum led Cleveland with 21 points and Matthew Dellavedova had 14.
