NHL: New York Rangers 3, Dallas 2

DALLAS, Nov. 22 (UPI) -- Chris Kreider and John Moore each scored in the third period Thursday, elevating the New York Rangers over Dallas 3-2.

The game was tied 1-1 when Kreider scored 1:18 into the final period, followed only 37 seconds later by a goal from Moore.

Rick Nash netted his first goal of the season for the Rangers, who broke a two-game losing streak.

Henrik Lundqvist made 23 saves in the first period en route to 41 total stops.

Alex Chiasson scored in the third period for Dallas, cutting the Stars' deficit to one, but they could get no closer as their three-game winning streak was snapped.

Stephane Robidas also scored and Kari Lehtonen made 24 saves.
