BOSTON, Nov. 22 (UPI) --
Paul George's 27 points and Lance Stephenson's triple-double rallied Indiana in the second half Friday to a 97-82 victory over Boston.
Indiana trailed by eight points at intermission, but the Pacers held Boston to just eight points in the third quarter while taking control of the game.
The Pacers improved to 11-1 in the young season. David West had 17 points and eight rebounds for Indiana while the triple-double by Stephenson consisted of 10 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists.
It was the second triple-double this season for Stephenson, the only player in the NBA with more than one.
Boston lost its sixth straight, its struggles beginning after it had won four in a row. Jordan Crawford scored 24 points for the Celtics and Jeff Green had 20.
