Nov. 22 (UPI) -- Croatia defender Joe Simunic has been fined 3,200 euros for allegedly leading pro-Nazi chants following his country's qualification for the World Cup.
Croatia beat Iceland in a playoff to qualify for the tournament next year which will be held in Brazil.

Simunic,35, is said to have used a war call led by the Ustashas, the pro-Nazi Croatian regime, during World War II.
