OTTAWA, Nov. 20 (UPI) -- Mikko Koivu scored with 2:57 to go in regulation Wednesday to give Minnesota a 4-3 victory over Ottawa.

The Wild twice overcame a one-goal deficit and shook off a 6-2 drubbing at the hands of Montreal 24 hours earlier. It was the Wild's fifth win in six games.

Jason Pominville lifted Minnesota into a 1-1 tie in the first period and Jonas Brodin deadlocked the contest at 2-2 in the second.

Dany Heatley put the Wild in front during the middle period only to have Ottawa forge a 3-3 tie on a power-play goal by Milan Michalek midway through the third.

Koivu then came through with the game-winner on a wrist shot, his fifth goal of the season.

Josh Harding picked up the win by making 34 saves. Craig Anderson surrendered the four goals on 25 shots.
